Questions
- What counts as a resume tailoring run?
- One successful generation of a new tailored version. Editing a version by hand or downloading it again never uses a run. Regenerating does. Repeating an identical request returns the earlier result without another charge, and a failed generation does not count.
- Are Free recommendations worse?
- No. Both plans see the same eligible catalog with the same ranking and explanations. Pro adds more saved searches, faster alert schedules, and more tailoring runs.
- How are alerts capped?
- At most 3 alert emails per day with up to 10 jobs each. Empty digests are skipped. Anything that does not fit waits for the next window and is re-checked for freshness first.
- What happens when I cancel?
- Paid features stay active until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your documents and history stay in your account, extra saved searches pause, and alerts move to the weekly schedule. You can still edit and export resume versions you already created.
